One of Alhambra's best selling guitars, the Alhambra 5p Cedar top in a truly remarkable instrument. The next step up from the popular 4p, Alhambra has built on the success of this instrument and built in a number of new design innovations to the Alhambra 5p.

High quality materials have been carefully selected by the luthiers at Alhambra. These construction materials are chosen from the very best wood stocks and Alhambra purposely look for close grains and few irregularities. This allows the completed Alhambra 5p to not only embody a wonderful sound but also to look great too.

Laminated Indian Rosewood has been used in the construction of the Alhambra 5p Cedar top for the sides and back of the guitar. This great looking wood helps to bounce sound internally and project it out through the soft Cedar top towards the listener. Add these materials to the Ebony and Mahogany also used and you have a wonderful selection of construction materials.

Unlike some Alhambra models, the Alhambra 5p Cedar top features a specially reinforced neck. This reinforcement takes form as a carefully positioned strip of Ebony worked into the construction. This innovation makes the neck very robust, keeping it straighter for longer and therefore giving you a continued consistency in sound.
