Shipping and returns

Returns policy and procedure :

 

Damaged goods :

Please inspect the goods on delivery and if there is visible damage, write damaged on the courier’s delivery note and inform us immediately or within 48 hours. If damage is discovered after unpacking please inform us immediately or within 48 hours on 020-8441-8603 or email thesoundgaren@btclick.com. We will arrange for the courier to collect the goods, and once the damage has been confirmed we will replace the goods immediately (Providing we have replacement stock) and deliver free of charge.

Unwanted goods :


For goods purchased online, customers have 7 working days starting the day after receipt of their products to register their request to return an item or items under 'cooling off' legislation.

Goods should be returned to The Sound Garden with their original packaging. This packaging should not have been damaged in any way and all items must be “As sold” and in “As new” condition.

The Sound Garden will not be held responsible for any damages incurred in returning goods to us. The condition of the goods will remain the customer's responsibility until goods have been booked in and assessed by The Sound Garden.

Goods returned under ‘Cooling off’ period legislation that are not faulty must be returned at the customer’s expense.

Certain products cannot be returned under “cooling off” period legislation.

These include any copyrighted goods such as CD’s, media and software that have been opened.

Microphones, in-ear earphones or headphones or in-ear monitors, and any other products that touch your mouth, nose or inner ear cannot be returned once opened for health and safety reasons.

Any goods ordered specifically to a customer’s requirements such as Custom shop guitars cannot be returned under “cooling off” legislation.

 Good must not be returned without firstly obtaining returns authorisation from ourselves.
