The back and sides are crafted using mahogany, a tonewood that is favoured by luthiers and guitarists for its lightweight feel and sublime tonal warmth. Paired with the dreadnought body shape, the body generates a stirring output with an enviable energy. The top is also built using mahogany, which offers a warm soundboard that projects midrange tones with less emphasis on upper frequencies, which complements soloists and singer-songwriters.
