New from the Takamine G series, the EG450SMC features Takamine's unique NEX body and a solid spruce top. The NEX shape gives a good balance between clarity and bass. The bass does not overpower the sound which is clear and sweet with warm low-mids. Ideal for singer-songwriters and accompanying pop, rock or r&b tunes.

To top it off, this model is finished in a beautiful sunburst and has attractive abalone fretboard dot and rosette inlays. A cutaway is useful for those who play high on the neck, and the built in TP4T preamp has a 3-Band EQ and built-in electronic tuner.
